Estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your Shopping Cart, prior to submitting your order. Shipping costs are determined by the shipping method selected, shipping address and the total weight of the order.
You can choose a shipping speed:
- Standard - Delivery time may take up to 7 days.
- Two-Day Shipping - Get your order within 2-3 days.
- Super Fast Shipping - Get your order fast within 1-2 days.
The final cost of the order including the shipping cost you can see in your cart.
To choose the delivery speed in the cart, select one of three options.
After the order is shipped we will send the tracking number to your e-mail.

After receiving the contact information we will send the address for your order.
Upon receipt of the goods, our experts examine the goods in detail for defects.
If the item is damaged and cannot be sold to other customers, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Free Shipping automatically applies every time when your Cart Total reaches 45$ or more.
However, there are Exclusions: Cat litter, dog litter, wild bird food, aquatic gravel, accents, crickets, live & frozen food, and oversized items.
Cat litter, dog litter, wild bird food, live & frozen food, and oversized items may incur an additional per-item shipping fee. Additional fees may apply and will be noted on the Product Detail page and/or Order Cart.
