Questions pet parents ask
Are Beloved Pets supplements safe for both cats and dogs?
Many of our liquid supplements are made for both cats and dogs — the label lists the species and a weight-based serving. Some products, like certain dog chews, are species-specific, so always follow the label.
Is this a medicine?
No. Beloved Pets products are supplements and everyday care — not medicines. They support wellness but don’t diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. For medical concerns, see your veterinarian.
Are your products lab-tested?
Yes. Our supplement formulas are lab-tested for quality and made under HACCP, COA and GMP standards. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request.
What if my pet doesn’t like it?
Every order is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee — if your pet doesn’t love it, we’ll refund it.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose Subscribe & Save at checkout for up to 30% off and automatic deliveries on your schedule. Skip, reschedule, or cancel anytime in your account — no fees, no lock-in.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Yes — manage everything from your account: skip a delivery, change frequency, or cancel with no penalty.
What’s your return policy?
Not happy? See our Refund Policy or email customerhelp@belovedpets.com — we’ll make it right.
How do I give the liquid drops to a picky pet?
Give the drops straight into your pet’s mouth, or mix them into food or a favorite treat — no pills to hide, and most pets don’t notice.
How long until I see results?
Supplements work gradually — many owners notice changes within 2–4 weeks of daily use, depending on the pet and formula. Consistency matters most.
How much do I give my pet?
Every label has weight-based servings. When in doubt, start low and ask your vet.
Can I give more than one supplement at once?
Usually yes — just don’t double up on the same active. Check with your vet if combining several.
Are your flea & tick supplements a replacement for my vet’s treatment?
No — they support skin and coat and aren’t EPA-registered insecticides. Use them alongside a vet-recommended preventative, especially in high-risk areas.
Can I use these with my vet’s medication?
Our products are nutritional supplements, not medicine, and aren’t meant to replace anything your vet has prescribed. If your pet is on medication or has a health condition, check with your vet before adding a supplement.
Are puppies and kittens OK to use these?
Many formulas suit pets from a few months old — check the label, and ask your vet for puppies and kittens.
Do any products contain common allergens?
Some do — for example our lickable cat treats contain fish, poultry and shellfish. Allergens are listed on every label; check before use if your pet has sensitivities.
Is garlic safe in your dog chews?
Our dog skin & coat chews contain a small, controlled amount of garlic (150 mg per chew) at a weight-based serving — given as directed it supports a healthy coat. Dog-only — never give to cats. Ask your vet if your dog is pregnant, anemic, or a garlic-sensitive breed.
